Scope of Position:
To provide guests a REMARKable experience through the vehicles of quality food, great service, refreshingly clean environment, and speed.
Reports to: Team Leader/Manager/Director/Operator
Responsibilities:
1. Accomplishing all daily operating standards for Chick-fil-A.
2. Following all e-TRAIN procedures
3. Being proactive in serving guests (refresh beverages, bathroom cleaning, awareness of guest around the counter,etc.)
4. Keeping surrounding area refreshingly clean and organized
5. Assist in executing events and systems that aid in the continued development of the culture of Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn.
6. Ensure our guests have REMARKable experience
7. Maintain all equipment according to e-TRAIN standards
8. If unsure of process, report to Leader on duty and ask questions until understanding of issue is clear.
Requirements:
1. CORE 4 (Eye contact, smile, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected)
2. At least 2 non-family references
3. Focused attention to detail
4. Personable with guests and employees
5. Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
6. Must be able to support and help cultivate the vision and values of Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn
7. Being available at least 15 hours a week. Available on weekends as well.
