Jewelry Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

- Maintains the aesthetic quality of the store ( i.e. cleanliness, quality of display, rotating products on display ).

-Meets and greets clients; welcomes new clients into store.

-Follows up on after sales service / follows up on repairs from start to finish; updates clients on any delays in repair or special order service.

-Educates clients on the brand's quality standards and products.

-Sets up window displays and in store displays each morning. Assures displays are broken down each evening and merchandise is appropriately stored in the safe.

-Adheres to policies and procedures established by the company ( i.e. dress code, after sales service, return policy, valuation request, guidelines for discounting, Human Resources policies, etc....)

Skills Required

-Great Personality a must

-Integrity: Able to maintain confidentiality and customers trust

-Must be motivated and well organized

-Two years sales experience appreciated, jewelry sales not required. Will train the right person

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment

-Computer skills required: Word software etc.

-Social media skills required

-Ability to learn jewelry specific POS Software and knowledge

-Able to multitask while being friendly to guests & coworkers

-Able to work as a team

-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
