Kitchen Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for:

• Ensuring all guests have an outstanding experience
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant
• Ensuring Team Members follow recipes and accurately prepare all orders
• Ensuring Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Ensuring Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
• Ensuring workstations are clean at all times.
• Addressing guest issues that may arise; consulting with other leaders regarding complex issues.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship and treats all Team Members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Handling Team Member performance and policy/procedure issues
• Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
