Essential Job Duties:
* Knowledge of and adheres to federal inspection regulations. * Ability to identify all meat products by name. * Safely operate all models of meat wrappers. * Responsible for accurate and correct pricing, tare weights, unit count and counts of meat product. * Insure quality of appearance and wrapping of all meat products. * Adhere to all safety regulations and practices * Provide a safe work environment for all associates. * Knowledge of and adheres to all state and local health requirements. * Provides good personal hygiene. * Performs additional duties as assigned to meet demands of daily production scheduling. * Performs duties of lower classifications as needed. * Responsible for plant sanitation, maintain a clean and orderly work environment throughout the plant. * Responsible for production quality. * Accountable to Cincinnati Processing Food Safety and Quality Principles. Qualifications: * Ability to speak, read, and write English Language * Ability to pass a drug test. We area drug free work place. * Good verbal and written communication skills * Significant experience in production process Good attention to detail * Display strong work ethic and positive attitude * Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others
Physical Requirements : * Standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Ability to work in cold environment at 35 - 36 degrees.
