D&S Community Services is currently seeking Caregivers, for positions as Direct Support (DSP),  and LPN's. These positions provide in-home direct care services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our role is to ensure the delivery of quality care to the individuals that we serve, while promoting their personal independence, health and safety.

Currently we have openings in the Nashville, LaVergne, Antioch, areas for the following shifts:

DSP's:
* 7:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday (Antioch/Nashville/LaVergne) 2 Immediate Opening
* 3:00PM - 11:00PM Monday - Friday (Antioch/Nashville/LaVergne) 4 Immediate Openings
* 7:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday & Sunday (Antioch/Nashville/LaVergne) 11 Immediate Openings
* 7:00PM - 7:00AM Saturday & Sunday (Antioch/Nashville/LaVergne) 5 Immediate Openings
* 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday (LaVergne) 1 Immediate Opening
* 2:00PM - 10:00PM Monday - Friday (Lavergne)
* 12 Noon - 8:00PM Sunday Only (LaVergne) 1 Immediate Opening

* 5:30PM - 5:30AM Friday & Saturday
* 7:30AM - 5:30PM Monday - Friday
* 7:00AM - 5:00PM Sunday Only
* 2:00PM - 8:00PM Mon - Fri, and with Sat & Sun hours. (West Nashville)
* 3:00PM - 9:00PM - Mon - Fri & 8:00AM-4:00PM Sat. (Mt. Juliet)

LPN's:
* Staff needed for 12 hour shifts - 7:00AM - 7:00PM or 7:00PM - 7:00AM 6 Current Openings
Sunday, Monday, Friday & Saturday. Full Time positions work 3 days / 36 hours. Part Time positions work 2 days - 24 hours. PRN positions as needed, minimum of 2 shifts per month. Positions will work in Nashville/Antioch/LaVergne. Duties include nursing responsibilities, along with all other home duties as needed.

Direct Support Caregivers & LPN's work to provide a safe and nurturing environment while providing direct care supports such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting assistance. All work is done in the client's personal residence.
Responsibilities for these positions include several duties, such as administering medication, meal preparation, providing transportation, ensuring the safety and welfare for each individual, prompt reporting of serious incidents, accidents, behavioral episodes or other matters requiring immediate attention, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Tennessee Driver's License in good standing. High School Diploma or GED. One year experience as a DSP, PA or as a caregiver. CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Certification are a plus. LPN positions require valid TN licensure.

Full Time positions include benefits. Part time positions may also include additional hours on a PRN basis if available.
