Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association ("MSPBNA") offers banking and credit products and services, including securities-based lending, mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit primarily to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's high net worth clients.

The Workflow Management Professional is an Associate role with the Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association -- Mortgage Division. This person will be responsible for site level workforce administration and operations management.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute capacity management strategies.

* Utilize business systems (NICE, Loan Origination Systems, IEX) to maintain call handling metrics, achieve service level, and coordinate pipeline management.

* Assimilate data and analysis to help the organization develop a comprehensive plan for resource and expense management.

* Coordinate with the existing reporting team to provide reporting across multiple functional groups and services.

* Manage and maintain the proper entitlements and system access rights.

* Coordinate with Operational Risk and Business Control to create Business Continuity Plans and manage execution during events.

* Drive execution and leadership routines around volunteer and employee engagement activities.

* Provide project management support.

Experience:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience measuring productivity through variety of reporting platforms

* Experience working with mortgage call handling systems. (NICE, Loan Origination Systems, IEX)

* Knowledge of end to end mortgage origination business

* Experienced MS Office

* Project / Program management experience preferred

Skills/Abilities:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to understand reporting scenarios and suggest key views in the reports for the stakeholders

* Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

* Comfort working with managing and resolving complex issues

* Knowledge of Morgan Stanley systems and infrastructure a plus

* Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with intermediate and senior management

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

* Demonstrates the desire to contribute to building new functions within a dynamic, developing organization

* Ability to work independently, influence others and meet established deadlines
