We are currently looking for Retention / Customer Service reps to join our team.

 

In this role you will be provided with paid training, an increase in pay after training, and earning potential of equivalent to an extra pay check per month. If you are available to work between the hours of 12pm to 9pm,take the next steps to a new career by applying now.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Primarily assist with inbound retention of members by building value and helping callers to understand the importance of a Online Credit Monitoring Service.
  • Strong empathy/de-escalation skills needed.
  • Notate all details of the callers information, issue, steps taken to resolve the issue in computers.
  • Persuade customers to continue with our services if they want to cancel out a membership with us.

Requirements:

  • Must have 1 year Customer Service/Call Center Background
  • 1 year sales/retention background PREFERRED.
