About this job
Seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech. This is a Full Time Position.
List of Duties include (but not limited to):
~HVAC trouble shooting
~Drywall Patching and matching texture with cans and machines.
~Painting interior, and exterior with rollers and airless spray gun.
~Light bulb replacement
~Some Janitorial duties
~Ceiling tile replacement
~Ballast replacements
~Minor plumbing - replacing flush valves, unclogging toilets, rebuilding toilets.
~Minor electrical - light fixture replacement, outlet and switch replacement and electrical diagnosis.
~MUST be presentable and professional in front of clients.
-Must be able to work independently & be effective problem solver
-Must have a service mindset with attention to detail - every job, every time
-Able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
-Valid AZ Driver's License and clean MVR record
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug test upon request
