Frosty's is seeking a person with Superior customer service skill. The ability to maintain a cheerful and welcoming personality. The ability to multitask and handle a fast paced environment is a must. Must be 18 years or older and have the ability to travel between stores on an as needed basis. Hourly Rate of $9.00 per hour plus tips. Job Description A Donista is the face of Frosty's. This is a customer service oriented position in a fast paced environment. This position requires an unmatched understanding of exceptional customer service as well as a desire to build lasting relationships with our communities. Requirements Ability to lift 30+ lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work independently as well as cohesively as a team Brings exceptional customer service Flexible schedule Basic math skills Responsibilities Provides consistent exceptional customer experiences Maintains a clean, organized shop Answers phone and records orders and messages in a detailed, clear manner Is aware of store needs and relays that information to the proper store manager Must be punctual and maintain open communication with management should a situation arise that prevents you from being on time. Follows all DOH standards Follows all sanitation and safety regulations Builds lasting relationships with our customers in order to ensure repeat customers Suggestive up sells items, and specials Has a working knowledge of daily boxed deliveries and pick up orders Helps out in other areas of the store, keeping the bigger picture in mind Immediately reports any concerns or complaints to management Takes every step possible to fix a negative experience and turn it into a great experience

Bakers Assistant

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Will Train !! Local bakery seeking Bakers Assistant to work with the Head Baker in producing the full line of company products made with both raised and cake dough. Employee will perform baking tasks under the supervision of the Production Manager. Position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently as well as a team. The assistant baker must have good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to move 50 plus pounds on a regular basis. Having an ability and willingness to learn is important as well. Employee will closely follow all equipment cleaning schedules and will restock all raw materials at the end of each shift. Pay depends on experience.

Expeditor

Employee is be responsible for building our store orders as well as our wholesale account orders and boxing donuts. Consistency and accuracy is absolutely crucial in this role. We will offer hands on training in a relaxed atmosphere, must have good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to move 30 pounds on a regular basis. Having an ability and willingness to learn is important as well. Employee will closely follow all equipment cleaning schedules and will restock all raw materials at the end of each shift We are hiring immediately, pay depends on experience.

Driver

Employee is responsible for delivering donuts to wholesale accounts as well as Retail accounts.  Consistency and accuracy is absolutely crucial in this role. We will offer hands on training in a relaxed atmosphere, must have good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to move 30 pounds on a regular basis. Having an ability and willingness to learn is important as well. Employee will closely follow all equipment cleaning schedules. Must have valid drivers license and be willing to work 3rd shift hours.
