Interested in a restaurant management position, but don't want to work 50 hours a week? World of Beer in the Walden Galleria Mall is now hiring a Shift Manager to work an average of 25-35 hours per week.
What is World of Beer?
We are a neighborhood tavern dedicated to the enjoyment of beer and education of the beer enthusiast. We offer over 500 different bottled beers from around the world and an ever-changing rotation of draft beers from dedicated taps. We also serve a variety of food and appetizers.
What are the minimum job requirements?
• High school diploma or GED required (must be at least 21 years of age)
• Previous restaurant management/leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, listening)
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, composure)
Wages?
Hourly wage is $12 to $14 per hour (depending on experience).
