About this job

Job Purpose: To produce as many prospects as possible and sell memberships

To be the director of first impressions when members and guests walk through the doo, and to provide excellent customer service with a smile in a clean environment

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a level of fitness knowledge and motivate the members.
  • Hand out 2 guest passes per hour worked for referrals.
  • Participate in the cleaning of the club and the equipment.
  • Complete at least one full time management sheet per shift worked.
  • Spend 50% of your time on the floor and front desk, 25% of your time in the community and 25% of your time on the phones.
  • Make sure that you have 3-5 self generated leads coming in per week.
  • Participate in the recruiting of new team members.
  • Make sure the maintenance logs are filled out completely.
  • Make two renewal appointments a day.
  • Make a minimum of one corporate contact per week.
  • Meet personal quota per week.
  • Attend heads up meetings held and also any training at the corporate office.
  • Must be CPR/First Aid certified. If not certified at time of employment you will have 30 days to accomplish those certifications.
