INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
J&K Cabinetry Ohio is seeking to add inside sales representatives to our sales team. We specialize in selling cabinetry products to contractors, wholesalers, showrooms, dealers, and other business entities. We offer very competitive pay with uncapped commission and bonus. The positions are available for those who are ambitious, who take initiatives, and who will go above and beyond the standard. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sell Kitchen & Bath Cabinets, and Related Products, to Local and Regional, Retailers, Remodelers, Contractors, Dealers, Builders and Developers.
- Provide Estimates & Design Kitchen Layouts to Customers
- Cold Call and Follow Up with Customers to Make Sales
- Track Inventory and Arrange Delivery/Pickup
- Assist to Advertise & Promote Products
- Display Merchandises & Suggests Selections to Meet Customer's Needs
- Other Tasks Maybe Assigned
WORK SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- Work Hours 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM, Monday Through Friday
- Base Salary $12-$18 Per Hour (Depends on Education and Work Experience) Plus Uncapped Commissions
- Comprehensive Tier Bonus Structure
- The Ability to Earn Six-Figure Income for Outstanding Performers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- All of Minimum Qualification
- 3+ Years of Experience in Sales and Design related to Kitchen/Bath. Preferably 2020 Design Software
- 3+ Years of Account Management
- 3+ Years of Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Email
- 3+ Years of Cold Calling and Prospecting
- Sales Specialist with Existing Customer Database Will be Highly Considered
- Knowledgeable About Cabinetry Products
- NKBA or CKD Certified is a Plus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- 1 Year of Experience in Sales
- 1 Year of Experience in Cold Calling and Reaching Out to New Clients
- Computer Competence
- Ability to Organize and Handle Numerous Small and Large Accounts
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational and Problem Solving Skills
- Valid Driver's License
