Would you like to spend the next few months working shoulder to shoulder with our teams to push the boundaries of food as we know it?!

We are a rapidly expanding, high-tech restaurant concept focused on nutritious fast food and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to spend the summer working on a pilot project.

The Service Lead is responsible for supporting the operations of a new location. You would be assisting in the testing of state-of-the-art equipment, overseeing daily orders and inventory levels, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards for our food and facilities. An ideal candidate has supervisor experience in high volume quick service, retail, and/or full service kitchen environments. You should also be comfortable working with cutting edge technology and have an passion for mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine operations by working closely with Operators and Support teams
  • Assuring the highest standards of food quality and safety
  • Lead a team to be successful in day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining food service and production levels to match demand
  • Motivating team members to peak performance

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for engineering and robotics
  • Interest in food and restaurant BOH operations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of local food safety and health department requirements
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • 1 year management experience in a fast casual restaurant

Compensation:

  • starting from $18/hour based on experience
  • Workdays: Monday- Friday
