Overview:
Conrad's Landscaping and Construction is seeking candidates that can clean and prepare a job site, load and deliver materials, and use a variety of tools and machines such as levels, hydro seeder, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment. Our ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Our goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles
- Back-fill trenches and pits when necessary
- Dig pits, trenches and foundations in preparation for job site construction
- Construct retaining walls and fences
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
- Install french drain pipes
Requirements:
- 2+ years' construction industry or landscaping experience preferred
- Valid Driver's Licenses
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
Education:
High school diploma/GED preferred
