Seeking an individual too join our office team. We are a busy behavioral health office, treating a wide range of patients. Person applying for this position must be friendly, able to multi-task, be compassionate, and able to positively react to unhappy customers/patients /persons
This position is for someone who is looking for job stability long-term and is not seeking a short-term position.
Hours: 30-40 hrs/week 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday we are not open on weekends.
Must Haves:
- A reliable vehicle.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Excellent attendance, calling off is only acceptable for illness and emergencies.
- Positive, quick-thinking attitude.
- Experience in being a front desk receptionist.
- Able to manage phone with four lines, while checking in and out patients.
- Not easily flustered.
- Able to take constructive criticism.
- Quick learner and good memory.

Salary: $14.00 /hour
Experience:
- Would like medical front office experience of two years or more
- Willing to train a front desk receptionist with two or more years of
experience
