Director of Operations

The director has the responsibility for ensuring that the daily operations of the restaurant are in compliance with Chick-fil-A standards in the areas of preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.  In addition, it is the director’s responsibility to ensure that the highest quality of products and services are delivered to our guests.

These responsibilities are fulfilled thru the delegation to and supervision of team leaders.

The individual applying for this position must have excellent communication skills and previous leadership experience in the QSR industry is a plus.

Working directly with the Operator

            The operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Experience

            Prior leadership experience with Chick-fil-A is a plus.  However, prior leadership is required.

Position qualifications

• College graduate or currently pursuing a college degree
• Prior leadership experience in customer service with proven track record of delegation
• Available to work day and/or evenings, including Saturdays
• Available to work a minimum of 40-45 hours per week
