The Director of Hospitality serves on our team as a forward thinking-partner and guardian of the 5 critical success factors, specifically filling the role to communicate our vision, employ the right people, provide the best service and building brand and sales growth. The director's first responsibility is to the operator and must have ability to develop a collaborative team of high-performing leaders and team members who have complementary functional skills and creative strengths. This director is responsible for the people, product and processes in dining room, front of house in addition to working with other directors in order to serve the needs of the restaurant. This position will continue to build and assemble a team that lives our mission to Provide the Best service, Serve the Best food and Employee the Best People
