Responsibilities:

The Field Marketing Associate's key goal is to work with the Field Marketing Supervisor to set appointments for our Energy Consultants by qualifying customers based on different criteria set by the company. Field Marketing Associate will need to communicate how an appointment with our Consultants will benefit the homeowner, using a standard script and qualification process. Field Marketing Associates, who have passed internal assessment tests, can potentially work in events to set up appointments for our Sales team by qualifying Solar customers, then recording and distributing that information accurately within our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Ability to work 20-40 hours per week

* Must have excellent verbal communication skills

* Ability to learn the basics of Energy Efficient Home Renovations and to perform a simple site survey

* Ability to learn and memorize a script quickly and deliver with enthusiasm

* Comfortable speaking with unfamiliar people

* Ability to ask questions about a homeowner's household conditions (including roofs, windows, etc.) and the ability to determine if the homeowner is a good match for our services and financing programs

* Must be well-groomed and presentable, with a friendly personality

* Light physical effort, including carrying literature
