We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving their requirements for projects.Established business for over 24 years.This is a locally family owned and operated business.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding material descriptions and applications
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Computer data entry and filing
- Operate weigh station and dispatch delivery trucks
- Maintain inventory requirements onsite
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Reliability on scheduling commitments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Scheduling availability for Mon-Sat ranging from 7:00am-6:00pm
- Entry level position - Will train
- Basic Computer data entry knowledge
