    Open Positions & Responsibilities:

  1. Appointment Specialist: Responsible for returning customer’s inquiries to schedule a Home Improvement appointment.
  2. Customer Retention Specialist: Responsible for following up with customers to  gather specific information regarding reasoning behind not purchasing or the canceling of orders with the purpose to recover a sales opportunity and ensure that sears quality standards are being maintain.
  3. Resolution Specialist/Technical Support: Responsible for providing technical support for HVAC inquiries that includes troubleshooting Customer issues and scheduling HVAC service and/or sales calls as appropriate.
