Responsibilities:
Line side emergency repair. Machine checks. Preventative maintenance duties. Line troubleshooting. Reporting of problems/repairs. Weekend machine repairs/preventative maintenance. Process and follow up work orders. Complete daily shift reports. Daily preventative maintenance. Die repair.
Daily Tasks:
Attend daily shift meetings. Support off shift activities. Process work orders and repairs. Perform zone inspections. Schedule weekend repair work and EGA work assignments. Utilize plan do check action, PDCA, to improve quality, cost, and delivery. Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
Experience:
Minimum of two years experience in an industrial maintenance field including Die Maintenance experience or internal Technical Development Pool certificate.
Knowledge:
Computer data entry. Capability to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment functions and components.
Required Skills:
Strong PLC troubleshooting skills (ability to write/modify PLC sequence)
Demonstrate a proactive approach with equipment maintenance
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system prints
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work on an off shift long term
Ability to travel (if needed), work weekends and holidays
