Description:
Executive Insurance Professionals is seeking a highly energetic individual with an outgoing personality to join our team in commercial insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phones and greeting customers
- Prepare correspondence as needed
- Maintain office filing
- Assists with changes in policies or renewals
- Perform special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Experience Background:
- Customer Service/Sales Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Insurance terminology a plus
Other Skill Requirements:
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, written communication skills spelling, punctuation and grammar and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to learn Company/Proprietary software
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
