Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Paoli is looking for a full-time Cafe Manager with experience supervising employees and working in the fast food / beverage industry. We serve breakfast all day, lunch and dinner (sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps, bowls etc.) as well as delicious smoothies. Brand is franchised with over 600 locations in the US, and we are a growing brand in the Philadelphia suburb region. Owner has 3 cafes in Chester County. Always looking for great experienced people to join the team. Cafe located at 82 E. Lancaster Ave, Paoli, PA 19301
HOURS: Must have flexible schedule.
SALARY: $10-$14
SOME DUTIES INCLUDE:
Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new Crew Members/Shift Leaders to ensure the café is staffed at the appropriate level, ensure brand standards are upheld. Schedule staff weekly
Work in the cafe preparing food and smoothies, operating register, and interacting with customers
Keep cafe clean and tidy
Address customer concerns
Take inventory and order food / produce weekly
Ensure cafe is practicing food safety measures and upholding brand standard
Pick up employee shifts
Prepare and set-up catering orders
Be able to operate and teach employees the P.O.S System, Count registers include petty cash.
Marketing and host the fund-raising program.
Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the café.
