Trainees will: * successfully complete our rigorous entry level 3-week training program, with emphasis in customer service, technical skills, and sales * learn the Plumbing business from the ground up * learn how to train, mentor, and develop yourself and others * THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION AND REQUIRES PLUMBING WORK IN THE FIELD. *Ability to diagnose and service standard plumbing fixtures and appliances

*Able to lift 150lbs 18"

*Own basic hand tools and be familiar with plumbing tools * U.S. citizenship or permanent residency * Sales experience preferred * Plumbing aptitude a plus * Valid driver's license with clean record * All candidates will be subject to criminal background checks Compensation:

*Flat rate pay averaging 35-45k first year
