Need a change; want to work in a smaller setting???
We are a 26 bed home for developmentally disabled individuals.
The successful candidate will complete assessments, create care plans, attend meeting, supervise a team of LPN's, and work closely with Consultants, Medical Director, Administrator, as well as other members of this small, well established team.
40 hours per week (flexible),
Healthcare Insurance, vacation/sick leave with pay, paid CEU's, etc. are available.
Qualifications: Degree in Nursing with a current valid Nursing License in the state of Ohio.
Candidates with experience working with individuals with DD and are DODD Certified RN Trainers are preferred. Must be willing to take above mentioned training if currently not certified.
