Catering Service Specialist

We are seeking a Catering Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Catering Service Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships with businesses, venues, and individual customers to drive catering sales. The CSS is also responsible to communicate with the KM to make sure that all requests for a customers order are completed: food order, supplies for the event, special items, kitchen completion time for the order, etc.

Relationships are established using the Customer Relationship Management Calendar and through the engagement of the CSS when working with a customer for an event or delivery.

CSS is to drive sales by executing events, engaging with customers in the restaurant, and by conducting Brand Intros to introduce MISSION BBQ to businesses and venues to help in our mission of serving those whose serve."
