About this job

  • Inbound/Outbound Support Calls, Emails, Tickets
  • Hardware Repairs (POS, Printers, and other peripherals)
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, applications, printers, pin pads, bio-metric readers
  • Troubleshooting system problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and advise a solution
  • Replacing Parts as required
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

  • Perform software upgrades - Database conversions
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Basic knowledge of company software and hardware
