We are a Korean/Japanese restaurant (KoJa Kitchen), currently hiring for part-time and full-time employment to staff our San Jose Restaurant.

  • Hours:~30-38 Hours a week depending on availability
  • Compensation:$12.00-$12.50 (Depending on experience)
  • Attire:No uniform required - Shirts and hat will be provided

  • Operatingmultiple kitchen equipment (grills, deep fryers, oven, steam tables, ricecookers etc.)
  • Cookingmeats, rice, fries and various other ingredients
  • Readingorder tickets and assembling food in a fast and efficient manner
  • Followingdirection and consolidating orders
  • Maintainingappropriate quality control and consistently monitoring all food levels
  • Maintainingproper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards 
  • CleaningRestaurant Facilities

  • Greetingand taking customer orders
  • Providinga friendly, quality customer experience to each customer
  • Inputtingorders into a POS (Square) and accurately counting change
  • Consolidatingand calling out orders
  • Maintainingappropriate quality control and consistently monitoring all food levels ifhandling food
  • Maintainingproper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards if handling food
  • CleaningRestaurant Facilities
