New restaurant and lodge in the Catskills looking for the right person to help in the kitchen. We are creating beautiful rustic feel-good food in a space that will serve as a meeting place for our community.
What we're looking for is someone who is eager to work hard at bringing this vision to life with us. They will be intelligent, quick on their feet, relaxed and capable under pressure, and in possession of common sense, excellent hand skills, and good knowledge and appreciation of food and food culture. You will have a hand in many different aspects of the kitchen, so meaningful experience is greatly preferred, but we will happily train you if you're obviously the right person. What we really value is your creativity, attitude, and ability to jump in and learn quickly
