Evening Kitchen Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing quality food in a fast environment, while obeying safe food handling practices.

• Can speak and understand Spanish (not required, but helpful)

Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Assemble and follow standards for presentation of food orders
• Closely following sanitation and safety procedures
• Prepare and cook raw chicken
• Prepare cold food items and ready to eat foods
• Obey a strict first in first out (FIFO) procedure
• Washing and sanitizing dishes
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Keeping the kitchen neat, clean, and stocked
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of various machines
• Maintain clear and kind communication between all staff
• Carry out all instructions given by leadership team and Operator

Physical Requirements

Team members are required to stand for multiple hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, no experience necessary.

• You must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
• 18+ and Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are particularly encouraged to apply.

• Flexible Hours...You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. All Chick-fil-A Units are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends
