CHEF/COOK FOR PETRILLOS ITALIAN RESTAURANT
FULL TIME PREFFERED.ITALIAN CHEF -LINE COOK
Full time and or part time flexible hours .
.Experienced in any type of commercial line cooking(iTALIAN PREFERRED)
Set up and stock stations Chef prepare daily specials
-Prepare food for service (salads, apps, pasta, baked and fried entrees)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow chef's instructions and recipes
-Clean up station daily and scrub down equipment
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
-6mos. to 1 years experience working in a high volume kitchen
-Experience working in an Italian restaurant A PLUS but NOT REQUIRED (WILL TRAIN)
-Able to work a mix of day and night shfts 2pm OR 5pm to 10PM FLEXIBLE !
-Reliable transportation
