Scope of Responsibilities: 

The Assistant Store Manager and Key Holders are charged with supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day aspects of store operations, including sales, staff and inventory management. In these roles, you will be challenged to collaborate and engage your associates while driving a service-driven culture. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

4-7 years experience in retail sales (ASM)

2-4 years experience in retail sales (Key)

Open/flexible availability

Ability to encourage and inspire teammates

Strong customer focus

Strong merchandising skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Ability to manage the functions listed in the Associate job description

Ability to comprehend and analyze retail trends and reports

Understand company policies/procedures and brand requirements

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand and support store operations, polocies and procedures

Oversee preparation of necessary reports and paperwork

Assist in creating a custome wardrobe for all customers; familiar with fits

Routinely promotes and champions all designers carried in store and online

Encourage high standards of selling and conversion

Assist in maintaining staffin levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent cusomter service (includes assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training associates)

Ensure adequate shift coverage and scheduling to business needs

Develope Associates to Key Holder or Assistant Store Manager readiness

Communicate with Store Manager to ensure proper flow of information

Execute on tasks to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept and priced correctly

Help resolve customer issues

Promote and safe and secure culture in-store

Help build a culture of collaboration and accountability
