What You’ll Be Doing
Assist patrons and fellow employees
Be aware of and anticipate problems with patrons
Look for hazards and report them immediately to Security Supervisor
Ensure sure no alcohol leaves the facility
Watch section and enforce all Wings Stadium policies; watch Chuck-A-Puck closely and events when things are thrown on the ice
After the event, watch doors and patrons leave and be visible at all exits
Document any concerns and or maintenance problems after shift - use specific reports: Maintenance Report, Motor Vehicle Report, Incident Report, etc.
What You Need for this Position
Excellent customer service skills
EMT certified is preferred, but not required
Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
Able to stoop and bend
Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
Able to comply with safety and health code standards
