Facilities Maintenance

LOCATION: Hillsboro-TTH

SALARY: $20.00 hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Will be maintaining "Rolling Stock". Check oils and fluids, fix hydraulic hoses, Must be willing to learn basic welding for minor welding repairs • Maintain building by performing minor or routine painting, other maintenance related activities when required. • Ensure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner keeps up with scheduled “PMs” Preventative maintenance forms and documentation • Must be able to worked in confined spaces • Should have Mechanical aptitude from work history or Trade School • Should have knowledge of combustion engines, timing systems, brakes, lube gears • Must have basic knowledge of tools • Exceptional Customer Service Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver’s license, client has three locations Hillsboro, Beaverton, and NE Portland • Must meet physical requirements of the job • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include some weekends • Must be able to pass a background check • Must have basic computer skills to do weekly reporting to management
