Experience:
Entry Level to Experienced PC repair skills
Excellent troubleshooting & diagnostic abilities (hardware & software issues)
Strong knowledge of building & assembly of computers
Laptop repair skills
Strong virus removal skills (manual removal from registry & software scans)
Computer peripheral knowledge
Obtain & Installation of hardware drivers (motherboard, video, sound, NIC, etc.)
Microsoft operating systems (XP, Vista, Win 7 (pro), Win 8, Win 8.1 (pro) (Win 10 & Pro)
Office Product knowledge (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)(Office 365)
Must keep current with new technology & hardware (CPU, Graphics card, motherboard, USB3.0, etc.)
Able to speak to customers in terms they can understand and to provide support & tutorials
Knowledge of routers, modems, wireless printers / routers
Basic home networking skills (modem, router programming, share printers, etc.)
Wireless network setups
Data transfer & Data recovery
Anti-Virus software knowledge
Linux experience helpful
Previous sales / Customer service experience helpful
