House Cleaners - Full-time

We have a full-time openings for House Cleaners!

What the job entails:

• Meet at our office every morning for quick meeting and instruction.
• Learn and follow our cleaning process for kitchens, bathrooms, living & sleeping areas.
• Work in teams of 2 or 3 teammates.
• Travel from the office to 3-5 homes each day and then back to the office.
• Bring customers the joy of a clean and tidy home.

Qualified applicants will:

• Pass our background checks.
• Take pride in their work.
• Have a reliable vehicle, license, and proof of insurance (you drive 1/3-1/2 the time).
• Have previous job stability (at least one 1+ year job).
• Be willing to work hard..  Our work is physical and is not for everyone. You cannot be afraid to sweat.
• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Reasons to work with us!

• No nights! No weekends! Paid every Friday! 36-42 hours per week is typical.
• We start at 7:50AM daily, off typically between 4-6PM.
• Paid mileage, holidays, vacation (up to 3.5 weeks) and travel time.
• $11.50/hr is our normal starting pay, however we will raise you up to $12/hr after you're trained and certified as a professional house cleaner.
• $12.00+/hr possible in 2-3 months as a Team Leader (if you are awesome...you are, right?).  
• $13.00+/hr possible in 12 months as a Trainer (again, for the awesome employees).
• No mental stress of having a line of customers waiting on you...we work in unsupervised teams of two.
