Construction Laborer - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a crew of efficient, safety-minded Laborers for all aspects of residential and commercial construction. We have long-term work available for the right candidate in a variety of positions. Applicants should have access to reliable transportation. Laborers with special skills, such as concrete finishing and carpentry, are in especially high demand. We offer a consistent work schedule and competitive pay. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security.

Responsibilities

Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints

Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain

Dig pits, trenches and foundations in preparation for job site construction -Backfill trenches and pits when necessary

Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site

Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew

Perform general maintenance of properties

Skills need

High school diploma/GED preferred

2+ years’ construction industry experience preferred in any trade

Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures

Comfortable working with deadlines and in an environment with extreme weather fluctuations
