SUPERVISION RECEIVED FROM: Chef Manager

SUPERVISION EXERCISED OVER: None                     

 

BASIC FUNCTION: Provide food and service for hospitality department. Basic support of Hospitality Department.

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:    

 

  1. Knowledge of food safety procedures.
  2. Knowledge to prepare a wide range of food product.
  3. Ensure quality and eye appeal when preparing menu items.
  4. Maintain great customer service internally and externally.
  5. Ensure a clean working environment that complies with the local Health Department and other agencies.
  6. Maintain relations with work site contracts and suite partners.
  7. Maintain flexibility in work schedule based on catered functions.
  8. Provide support with hospitality needs across the department where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of three years experience working in hospitality or food service establishment. Valid Michigan Drivers License is required.
