About the Position:

Because of our growth, we are expanding in our service areas and are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team and officially represent our company to the businesses in their local areas and offer our services. Our Business Consultants, or YOU, will have close contact with our expert, professional, and passionate team that will guide you every step of the way. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Serve as the official representative of Babylon Leads Inc.

  • Fully understand the scope of Babylon Leads' services and how they assist clients

  • Analyze small business' online presence and prepare brief reports

  • Contact and schedule to meet with the small business owners/managers and offer consultation of their online presence

  • Offer and sell Babylon's services and explain how they can help improve the business' online presence and increase sales

  • Follow up with prospective clients and return emails/voicemail

  • Track daily and weekly progress through accurately recording client information in our database system

  • Report results to the immediate supervisor on a weekly basis

  • Minimum hours per week: 10 hours

 

Our top representatives possess the following qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of sales experience

  • At least six (6) months of providing exceptional customer service experience

  • Must have the ability to walk/drive to the businesses' locations

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")

  • Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, self-organized, and goal-oriented

  • Can work independently with little supervision

  • Accept constructive criticism and is eager to learn

  • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • ***Speaking a second language is recommended but not required

  • ***No tech experience is necessary; we will provide all the training

 

Compensation: Our Business Consultants are paid in four different ways:

  • $13 per hour

  • Commission: 10% - 20% of the sale (percentage is based on previous experience)

  • Weekly and monthly performance bonuses

  • Benchmark bonuses

 

Flexibility:

  • You decide your own schedule and hours

  • You can decide your own areas to work with

  • You can perform as much as you want

 

Orientation and Material:

  • We will provide you with initial orientation that will fully prepare you to meet with clients

  • You will have access to our C-level expertise and tips

  • You will receive continuous weekly and monthly feedback based on your performance

  • We will provide you with all the display and presentation materials needed to provide the consultation
