Position Duties & Responsibility

Sales:

• Meet store sales goals and key performance indicators 
• Maintain adequate sales floor coverage in Store Business Manager absence
• Monitor adherence to all corporate customer service policies
• Takes corrective action on negative sales trends
• Can execute all responsibilities of a Third Key and Sales Associate

Training:

• Actively participate in store meetings. 
• Provides additional training to staff on product knowledge and creative selling techniques
• Completed all training required of a Third Key and Sales Associate

Inventory Management:

• Ensures compliance of employees with established inventory control procedures
• Communicates product opportunities

Store Presentation:

• Prepares or directs workers preparing merchandise displays
• Execute all store promotions

Store Supervision:

• Manages daily operations in an assistant role
• Oversees employees performing duties and/or performs duties personally 
• Assigns employees to specific duties
• Ensures compliance of company record keeping and banking procedures
• Responsible for handling the cash for store opening and closing to ensure all the money is accounted for the day's receipts
