YouCoach Responsibilities & Requirements

The YouCoach director oversees the operations of the YouCoach department and always leads by example.YouCoach director is responsible for the overall production and success of the YouCoach department.The YouCoach director reports directly to the General Manager and their District Manager.

  • Recruit, hire, manage, & develop the YouCoach Staff

  • Maintain all sales percentages & requirements

  • Consistently achieve sales goals

  • Work closely with GM to maintain member relationships & cultivate referrals.

  • Oversee the entire operation of the YouCoach department.

  • Assist the GM in the operation of the Youfit location

  • Manage administrative responsibilities including employee paperwork, YouCoach payroll, etc.

  • Assist in the development of Youfit front desk staff.

  • Create additional traffic & generate sales.

  • Responsible for daily sales & production reports.

  • Create and maintain the staff schedule according to Youfit standards and the club's needs.

  • Must participate in the quality and management of the Youfit location.Must maintain all records per local and federal legal requirements.

  • Informs all staff of new policies.

  • Must promote & inform employees of all marketing promotions.

  • Must create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, & guests.
