About this job
Responsible for all manner of hot food preparation and service. Please note, this position will requre utilizing techniques of roasting, baking, grilling, and sauteing for a large volume operation. This position will also need to learn all the therapeutic diets and will be following standardized recipies.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience - 2 years of experience typically gained through skills / knowledge / abilities in food service or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Associates Degree of Culinary Arts or equivalent
Experience - A course of sixteen weeks to one year in baking education and cake decorating techniques
Certification - ServSafe Certified
