You and your team will:

• Commit to work together as a team, providing the best possible customer service on a daily basis
• Complete a pre-trip and post-trip inspection of the truck and equipment daily, documenting any deficiencies/repairs that need to be addressed
• Perform a detailed walkthrough with customers prior to the start of the job
• Load and unload 24-26 foot box truck, using all equipment and materials available to ensure safe transport of the customer’s belongings
• Take charge, lead by example, and get the job done quickly and efficiently while still taking care of the customer's items
• Ensure that all fellow crew members are following company policies and best practices
• Accurately review and complete paperwork with the customer on a handheld tablet, including collecting payment

• Your team can’t start the job without you, so don’t waste their or the customer’s time by being late.
• High School diploma or GED
• 18 Years or older for Movers
• 21 Years or older for Drivers
• Clear background check.
• Be drug free. We are a drug-free workplace and you will be required to pass pre-employment and random drug screening.

Compensation is dependent upon experience, but generally ranges from $11-14/hr.
