About this job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and care for residents within established policies and procedures. Includes administering medication, meal preparation, light housekeeping, engaging residents in activity, and assistance with personal hygiene tasks.
  • Be reliable, attend occasional training and staff meetings.
  • Provide input to the team and other professionals with regard to the implementation and/or modifications of the residents' individual support plan and daily schedule.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or education supporting individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
  • Must pass a thorough background check, health exam and drug screen.
  • Able to speak and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Able to use technology necessary to perform job responsibilities.
  • Able to physically perform all duties related to providing residents assistance with activities of daily living and housekeeping.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
