Nurse Practitioner - Physical Medicine

Nurse Practioner - Need an NP who is interested in working in a busy physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic on hospital campus. This position is open due to the existing NP who is assuming a director position at a hospital satellite clinic. A candidate with a PM&R background is ideal but not required. Would consider the right NP who is willing to learn. Those currently practicing or coming out of training are acceptable candidates. This is a hospital employed position. Hours are typical standard business hours. Relocation and student loan repayment negotiable. Will have physician support and oversight from within the clinic. Duties include but not limited to a wide variety of general physiatary cases including interventional pain management, electro diagnostic studies, EMG, nerve conduction studies, injections, etc. State of the art work space and EMR. Strong preference towards those with Utah connections / ties and those who have lived in small towns in rural areas.

Nurse Practioner:

Current APRN License in the State of Utah

Current ACLS Certification

Current PALS Certification

Current BLS Certification

Experience with Nuerology, Urgent Care, and/or Emergency preferred
