About this job
Provide basic nursing care to patients, under direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Must be currently listed as NA I with NC Division of Facility Services and certified as NAII with NC
Board of Nursing. Experience in hospital setting preferred. Must obtain and maintain CPR certification according to CCH policy.
Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged, extensive, or considerable periods. Must be able to lift,
position, push and/or transfer patients. Must be able to lift supplies/equipment.
Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching. Will be cross-trained to all nursing
units and float where needed. Must be able to work in smoke-free facility. Basic computer skills.
Schedule is AS NEEDED; minimum requirement is 18 hours per month. Will include weekend
and holiday shifts.
