Hands on lead carpenter/ superintendent

Job Description:

-Take charge of ground up construction for new homes in Elko, Nevada. Lead and work

alongside our hourly production crews. We self perform most trades. General

contracting experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

-Production: Directing your crew to perform tasks within the labor budget.

-Safety & Quality control.

-Protecting: employees, tools, equipment, material & property.

-Follow through on assigned tasks to completion with minimum supervision.

-Teaching crew members construction skills as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

-4 years carpentry experience.

-Experienced & highly skilled at running production labor crews.

-Listening skills: Must be able to absorb, retain & follow through accurately on detailed

instructions.

-People oriented: must be able to get along with everyone on the project.

-Knowledgeable in all aspects of residential construction.

-Willing to learn & be receptive to alternate construction methods.

-Adapt at solving construction problems.

-Prompt, reliable and able to treat everyone involved with respect.

-Able to represent the company well.

-Good, positive attitude mandatory!
