The Family Medicine Department is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Mayo Clinic Health System in Springfield, Minnesota.
Position Details:
* Primary care in a clinic setting, hours M-F 8-5 with some Saturday morning hours
* Team based care, partner with physician
* Strong interest in Quality Measure Outcomes
* Flexibility and strong change management skills
* Potentially two to three days a week at our Urgent Care with the remainder of the week in Family Medicine

Qualifications: Experience is preferred. Master's Degree in Nursing required for NP, Doctorate of Nursing Practice preferred or Baccalaureate Degree and completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
License or Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nursing (RN) License or Physician Assistant (PA) license in state of Minnesota required

Exemption Status: Exempt
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $3450.40, based on a full-time position.
Hours/Pay Period: Full Time
Schedule Details: Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Weekend Schedule: Possible Saturday morning hours in Urgent Care
