Experience preferred. Training will be provided if you do not have the experience.
• Packaging Department- Responsible for maintaining and accurate work flow through the packaging department with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Starting at training wage $8.75. Review after 30 days for increase to $9.25.
• In keeping with our philosophy to promote from within, our business model is to promote you from this entry level position to our dry clean finishing department. In the role of dry clean finisher you will have the opportunity, to increase your pay by achieving incremental training goals and ultimately, when you become a "Specialist" piece finisher. Piece finishers are paid by the piece earning from $10.50 to $16.00/hour depending on your performance. You will be expected to take advantage of this opportunity for advancement, since the role of Packaging Specialist is an entry level position and your advancement from this position gives opportunities to next candidate to be hired.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to follow direction without deviation.
• Reliable transportation.
• You must be able to interact courteously with coworkers.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to take constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
