About this job

* General administrative duties (filing, answering phones, purchasing office supplies, mail, etc)

* Assisting owner, designers and sales staff with any clerical needs.

* Managing client information and invoicing through Harvest software system.

* Collection and processing of client payments

* Tracking and making contact with clients regarding past due invoices
